Wow! What an incredible week for AI, and it is just all getting better and better with the announcement of ChatGPT or GPT-3 Model DaVinci iteration 003, which comes with many improvements, all from OpenAI.

Let's talk about ChatGPT!!!

I hope you can feel my excitement... or everyones excitement. ChatGPT, trained by OpenAI is the latest Large Language Model released just a few days ago and it is getting everyone blown away. It is a model optimized to interacts in a conversational way. The dialogue format makes it possible for ChatGPT to answer followup questions, admit its mistakes, challenge incorrect premises, and reject inappropriate requests. ChatGPT is a sibling model to InstructGPT, which is trained to follow an instruction in a prompt and provide a detailed response.

This model can to pretty much anything you ask. It will answer any question or write code for you. There is an explosion on Twitter of folks testing and sharing their experience with ChatGPT. I encourage you spend some time checking #ChatGPT on Twitter. There is an explosion of excitement, use cases being brainstormed and people making bold statement like this could transform Internet search and challenge Google Search - don't search for websites with the answer but ask directly to AI for the answer, and if it doesn't exist it will generate it based on common AI knowledge. 🤯

Clearly something big is happening, I will cover it in more detail soon and how this can be applied for Business.

• ​Researchers from Meta AI and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem present SpaText - a new text-to-image generation method to generate new images from a 'global' prompt defining the scene along with a segmented part of an image and another 'local' prompt to replace the segmented part (Paper's website)
• ​OpenAI introduces a new GPT-3 model text-davinci-003, which generates complex and long-form content like poetry and songs rhyming using fewer instructions compared to previous models (Ars Technica)
• ​Researchers from ByteDance introduce Corgi, a novel general diffusion model implemented on text-to-image generations, achieving SOTA results, outperforming DALL-E 2 in both image quality and efficiency (Paper)
